Finder is offering eligible customers who switch their health insurance cover to Medibank through the Finder Comparison Service a digital Visa card ("Reward") as set out below.
This promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over, and starts on 14th May 2026 and ends on 30th June 2026 ("Promotion Period").
The Terms and Conditions for the Promotion follow below.
Terms & Conditions
Overview
The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and switch health insurance policies through its website at www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
The digital Visa card available under this Promotion is provided and distributed by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd ("Blackhawk") (together the "Fulfilment"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's privacy policy also apply to this Promotion.
Reward Amounts
For the purposes of this Promotion, the Reward is determined as follows:
- $300 – eligible combined hospital and extras cover (14th May 2026 – 30th June 2026)
- $250 – eligible hospital-only cover (17th June 2026 – 30th June 2026)
- $150 – eligible extras-only cover (17th June 2026 – 30th June 2026, excludes Healthy Living Extras when sold as a standalone product)
Promotion Eligibility
Eligible Covers:
The Reward is available to customers who join an eligible Medibank cover ("Eligible Cover") and purchase during the applicable period in the Reward Amounts section above.
To be eligible for the Offer:
- Create a Finder member account if you are not already a Finder member.
- Complete a health insurance quote on the Finder Comparison Service and sign up and start cover for an Eligible Cover via www.medibank.com.au within the Promotion Period and applicable Reward Amount eligibility period.
- Maintain Eligible Cover until the Reward is fulfilled on or before 30th October 2026.
- Be a new Medibank policyholder or not have held a Medibank health insurance policy in the last 60 days (unless they are dependents coming off a parent's policy).
- Must be an Australian resident.
- Pay premiums via direct debit and ensure payments are up to date at the time of Reward fulfilment.
- Provide matching email, first name, and last name used in both the Finder quote and Medibank purchase.
- Only one Reward may be claimed per Eligible Cover purchased.
The Reward does not apply to:
- Customers who are not a Finder member.
- Customers who purchase outside the Promotion Period or outside the applicable Reward eligibility window.
- Policies purchased or completed via phone, webchat, online messaging, or any other assisted channel outside the Finder Comparison Service.
- Corporate Cover, Accident Cover, Overseas Visitors Health Cover, Overseas Workers Health Cover, Overseas Students Health Cover (OSHC), Ambulance Cover, ahm-branded cover products, and other selected cover types not designated as Eligible Cover.
- Healthy Living Extras when sold as a standalone product.
- Not available to Medibank employees.
- Current Medibank policyholders (excluding dependents coming off a family policy) or customers who have held a Medibank health insurance policy in the last 60 days.
- Customers whose details do not exactly match between Finder and Medibank systems.
Fulfilment of the Reward will be made on or before 30th October 2026.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, add to, or end this Reward, along with its terms and conditions, at any time without notice.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify ineligible participants. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
If this Promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as planned, the Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel it.
Any cost associated with participating in the Promotion is your sole responsibility.
