Finder Rewards Crypto.com Cryptocurrency Promotion (“Promotion”)

Finder is offering a $100 digital Visa gift card to eligible new customers who sign up to Crypto.com, complete their first trade and sign up to a yearly subscription of Crypto.com Pro through the Finder Comparison Service ("Reward").

This Promotion will run from 16 February 2026 to 31 March 2026 and may be amended by Finder at any time.

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

1. The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to Crypto.com through its website www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
2. The Reward is payable through a digital Visa Gift Card distributed and fulfilled by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) ("Blackhawk") (together, the "Fulfilment Partner"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's privacy policy also apply to this promotion.
3. If you decide to sign up to Crypto.com using Finder's Comparison Service, please refer to Crypto.com's terms and conditions and privacy policy before making a decision. These Terms and Conditions are separate to and do not form part of Crypto.com's terms and conditions. Finder does not supply Crypto.com products or services and is not responsible for them.

2. Promotion Eligibility

Eligible products:

• Crypto.com account
• Yearly Crypto.com Pro subscription (requires an active Crypto.com account). The Pro tier is part of Crypto.com’s Level Up rewards program, accessible through the Crypto.com app or platform.

To be eligible for the Reward, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or over.
• Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account prior to claiming the Reward.
• Click on the unique promotion link via the Finder Comparison Service and complete sign up to Crypto.com in the same session.
• Sign up to Crypto.com, complete your first trade and sign up to a yearly subscription of Crypto.com Pro.
• Maintain an active Crypto.com account and yearly Crypto.com Pro subscription until the Reward is fulfilled.
• Be a new Crypto.com customer.
• Use the same email address for both your Finder account and Crypto.com account.
• Only one Reward may be claimed per Finder member for a qualifying transaction.

3. Promotion Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

• You do not use the unique promotion link provided via the Finder Comparison Service.
• You are not a Finder member.
• Your email address does not match between Finder and Crypto.com.
• You are an existing Crypto.com customer.
• You are a Crypto.com employee or eligible for staff benefits.
• You redeem another Crypto.com promotion or cashback offer.

Additional ineligibility conditions include:

• Cancelled, reversed or refunded transactions
• Use of VPNs or ad blockers during sign up or transaction
• Transactions made through other cashback or rewards websites
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Use of promo codes not featured on Finder
• Finder accounts created or accessed using Apple ID (due to masked email addresses)

4. Reward Amount

• The maximum Reward Amount available is $100.

5. Fulfilment and Tracking

• Eligibility will be assessed on 30 April 2026 for all qualifying transactions completed during the promotion period.
• The digital Visa gift card will be issued on or before 29 May 2026, provided all eligibility criteria are met.
• Rewards will be distributed via email by Blackhawk.

6. General Conditions

• Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• Finder may verify eligibility and disqualify participants who breach these Terms and Conditions.
• Any costs associated with participation are the responsibility of the participant.
• To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

7. Privacy

• Finder may collect and share personal information with fulfilment partners and service providers for verification and reward fulfilment purposes.
• Finder may use participant data for research, marketing or promotional purposes unless you opt out.
• All personal data will be handled in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.

8. Disclosures

• Finder does not recommend or endorse Crypto.com or its products. You should review Crypto.com’s terms, fees and eligibility criteria to determine suitability.
• Finder may receive a commission if you proceed with Crypto.com via the Finder Comparison Service.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• The Activ™ Gift Card is issued by Heritage and People's Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Blackhawk Network Australia Pty Ltd ACN 123 251 703 is the program manager. Full Card T&Cs are available at https://activgiftcard.com.au/terms/.
• Eligible customers will receive a redemption code via email. Codes are valid for 90 days from issuance and cannot be reissued once expired. The card is not redeemable for cash and has a 3-year expiry from the issue date.
