This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who meet the eligibility requirements. The Promotion Period begins on 1 September 2026 and ends on 30 September 2026 (Sydney Local Time).
Eligible Rewards will be made available to claim on or before 30 November 2026.
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
- The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to services and products through its website www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
- The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) ("Blackhawk") (together, the "Fulfilment Partner"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's privacy policy also apply.
- If you decide to proceed with Summ, please refer to Summ's terms and conditions and privacy policy before making any decisions. Finder does not provide tax, accounting, or financial services and is not responsible for Summ's product or offering.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for the Reward, you must:
- Be aged 18 years or over
- Reside in Australia
- Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account prior to signing up with Summ
- Click on the unique promotion link to access Summ's website and complete signup in the same session
- Purchase and activate an eligible paid Summ Personal crypto tax subscription plan during the Promotion Period
- Maintain an active Summ subscription until Reward fulfilment
3. Ineligibility
The Reward will not be issued if:
- You do not use the unique Finder promotion link
- You sign up outside the Promotion Period
- You do not purchase an eligible paid Summ Personal subscription plan
- You purchase or activate the Summ Rookie plan, as this plan is excluded from this promotion
- You are a current or previous Summ customer (within 90 days)
- You use another cashback or referral offer not approved under this promotion
Additional exclusions apply, including:
- Cancelled, refunded, or reversed transactions
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Use of VPNs, ad blockers, or private browsing during tracking
- Purchases via other cashback or rewards platforms
4. Reward Details
- Only 1 Reward can be claimed per eligible Finder member, subject to eligibility
- The maximum Reward under this promotion is AUD $60
- The Reward amount will be determined by the eligible Summ Personal subscription plan purchased:

- The Summ Rookie plan is excluded and does not qualify for a Reward

- Reward codes are valid for 90 days from issuance and are not re-issuable after expiry
5. Reward Conditions
- Eligibility is conditional upon meeting all applicable requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
- Only one Reward is available per eligible Finder member, subject to the applicable Reward amount for the eligible Summ Personal subscription plan purchased.
- The maximum Reward available under this promotion is AUD $60.
- Reward amounts are determined by the eligible Summ Personal subscription plan purchased:
- Hobby: AUD $20 Digital Visa Gift Card
- Investor: AUD $40 Digital Visa Gift Card
- Trader: AUD $60 Digital Visa Gift Card
- The Summ Rookie plan is excluded from this promotion and does not qualify for a Reward.
- Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Finder reserves the right to withhold a Reward where eligibility conditions are not satisfied.
6. Fulfilment and Tracking
- An eligibility check will be conducted after the Promotion Period for qualifying transactions completed between 1 September 2026 and 30 September 2026.
- Eligible Rewards will be made available to claim on or before 30 November 2026.
- Rewards will be made available via the customer's Finder Rewards dashboard.
- Finder will notify eligible customers by email when their Reward is available to claim.
- To ensure tracking:
- Always click through from Finder before signing up
- Complete signup and subscription purchase in the same session
- Enable cookies and disable ad blockers
- Avoid switching devices or browsers mid-session
- Do not use other cashback or referral sites
7. Reward Delivery and Claim
Making the Reward Available
Once you have satisfied the applicable eligibility conditions, the Reward will be made available to claim through your Finder Rewards dashboard on or before 30 November 2026. Finder will notify you by email when the Reward is available to claim.
Claim Window
You must claim the Reward through your Finder Rewards dashboard within six (6) months of the date the Reward is made available. Finder will send at least one reminder during the Claim Window before the Reward is forfeited.
Discharge on Claim
When you claim the Reward through your Finder Rewards dashboard, Finder or Finder's designated supplier will transmit the Reward, whether a digital gift card code or other reward mechanism, to your registered email address or mobile telephone number. Finder's obligations under this promotion are discharged in full upon such transmission.
Failure to Claim
If you do not claim the Reward within the six-month Claim Window, the Reward is forfeited and Finder's obligation to provide the Reward is deemed satisfied and released. Finder is not obliged to make the Reward available again or to reissue the Reward.
Third-Party Terms After Transmission
Activation, redemption, replacement and use of the Reward following transmission are governed by the Reward terms and the terms of Finder's designated supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd, available at https://blackhawknetwork.com/au-en/terms-use. Finder is not responsible for any failure by the customer to activate or redeem the Reward within the timeframes specified by the reward issuer, and Finder is not obliged to reissue any expired, lapsed or unactivated Reward.
8. General Conditions
- Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
- Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these Terms and Conditions.
- Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
- To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, including technical, tracking or fulfilment errors.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
9. Privacy
- Finder may collect and share personal information with Summ and fulfilment partners for the purposes of administering this promotion and verifying eligibility.
- Personal information may also be used for research, analytics and marketing purposes where permitted, unless you have opted out.
- All personal information is handled in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.
10. Disclosures
- Finder does not recommend or endorse Summ or its services. Customers should review Summ's relevant terms, pricing, fees and other applicable conditions before signing up.
- Finder may receive a commission if you sign up through the Finder Comparison Service.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
