No, Optus does not sell mobile and internet bundles that can lead to discounts or any other bonus offer. You'll have to sign up to both separately.
While AGL offers both internet and mobile plans, it does not offer the opportunity to bundle them together.
However, AGL does allow you to bundle your mobile or internet plan with an energy plan. If you're signed up with AGL for energy, you can bundle either an NBN plan or a mobile plan (or both) and get a discount.
