What are the features and benefits of the MOVE Bank Complete Package Fixed Home Loan?

  • Loan amount. The MOVE Bank Complete Package Fixed Home Loan has a minimum loan amount of $50,000 and a maximum loan amount of $3,000,000.
  • Loan to value ratio (minimum deposit). The maximum insured loan to value ratio on this loan varies for owner-occupiers and investors but for both cases you can get a loan with a deposit under 20%.
  • Package benefits. As a package loan you can get benefits on other MOVE products, including no annual credit card fee on MOVE's Low Rate Credit Card, no transaction fees on savings and transaction accounts and a 5% discount on home and motor insurance policies. In exchange for these benefits there is an annual package fee.
  • Extra repayments. This loan allows you to make extra repayments up to $10,000 during the fixed term. It has a redraw facility as well.

What fees and charges come with this loan?

This loan has very limited fees:

  • Package fee: $395. This fee is charged annually to cover the loan package benefits and replaces several other, higher fees.
  • Discharge fee: $350. You pay this fee when exiting the loan.
