What broadband plans and bundles does Blisstel Communications offer?

blisstel-logoBlisstel Communications began operations in 2013 and provides a range of communications solutions for both residences and businesses. It gives customers the choice between different broadband plans and fixed-line phone plans, with the added option of bundling their services.

A distinct feature about this provider is that it rewards its customers through its Blisstel MyJustRewards Program. When you get a qualifying Blisstel Communications connection your rewards accounts get topped up monthly, with points equalling 15% of your monthly invoice. You can redeem your accumulated points towards holiday packages, tours, cruises and hotel stays.

Blisstel offers broadband connections for residential customers, with unlimited data allowances across the board. Blisstel relies on both NBN and ADSL technologies for its broadband connections. For ADSL customers, you will get to use ADSL2+ wherever available.

How much does Blisstel broadband cost

Pricing on Blisstel broadband plans is varied across speed tiers, as every Blisstel NBN and ADSL plan offering unlimited data allowances. For NBN customers, you get 12Mbps speeds for $59.95, 25Mbps at $69.95, 50Mbps costs $89.95 and 100Mbps speeds for $109.95.

For NBN bundle customers, pricing starts at $84.95 per month for 12/1Mbps speeds, $94.95 for 25/5Mbps speeds, $114.95 to jump up to 50/20Mbps and $134.95 per month to access 100/40Mbps speeds.

All NBN bundles include unlimited standard local, national and mobile calls to Australian numbers.

On the ADSL front, pricing starts at $39.95 per month for a standalone broadband plan with no phone inclusions, and stretch up to $99.95 per month for remote customers wanting a comprehensive phone and internet bundle with included national and mobile phone calls.

What voice options are provided?

All of Blisstel's NBN plans include a home phone line in the monthly price, complete with unlimited local, national and mobile calls to Australian numbers. For ADSL customers, adding a phone line to the basic broadband adds $30 to the asking price, without any calls included. Add an additional $10 per month and standard national and local calls are included as well.

For unlimited mobile calls included in the monthly price of your ADSL plan, you'll need to spend at least $114.95 per month.

Blisstel MyJustRewards

One of the biggest points of difference for Blisstel is its MyJustRewards scheme, that sees customers earn rewards points that can be redeemed with certain partners on everything from hotels, flights, holiday packages, cruises and more.

While you can use the rewards points to offset the cost, MyJustRewards isn't designed to allow customers to completely pay for their holiday. Each redeemable offer has a maximum savings value that can be redeemed using the MyJust Rewards points. Points last 12 months, after which they expire. Points must be redeemed within that 12 month period, though customers can travel any time after the points have been redeemed.
