Hi Shinto,
Thanks for your question.
Your employment is one of the considerations for your home loan application. Your lender will also look at things such as in your income, credit history, personal and financial situation.
A mortgage broker can help you regarding the procedures and processes in buying a home loan.

Hi Kerri,
Thanks for your question.
I can’t suggest a specific home loan to you, but you can go and learn more about your options and apply for a bad credit home loan.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
Good Afternoon
Clear title on existing property estimated sale price $415,000, with agent advising advertise at $450,000. Interested in borrowing #50,000 over 5 year period and ask what the monthly repayments would be for either a fixed interest loan as compared to a variable interest loan even if latter has an initial fixed interest rate for a limited time say 3 years. trust makes sense .. Thanks in anticipation
Regards
Hi Frank,
Thanks for the question.

Marc.
Hi, we are looking at a house on 85 acres in SA.Hoping to come out of our house sale with $250k deposit for the new property ($480-500k purchase) Are we going to be limited for choice of lender because of land size? Local loan guy at CBA said they will only do it as a business loan…
Hi Rebecca,
Thanks for the question.
It’s true that some lenders will restrict their lending of home loans for larger rural properties, as these can be classified as having a higher risk than other properties. You may want to contact a qualified mortgage broker to find out what your options may be, as they have a more intimate knowledge of how different lenders treat these properties
I hope this helps,
Marc.
Thanks Marc, will explore further!
I am looking to purchase a home with my father, he has $250,000 cash and I would like to borrow $100 to $150 thousand. I don’t have a deposit as I have been renting. What would be the best way to go, will a bank even look at me?
Hi Sharon,
Thanks for your question.
I’d recommend that you get in touch with a mortgage broker. They’re home loan experts who can help you find a home loan for your situation.
All the best,
Shirley
