My internet isn’t working for me when watching YouTube or Netflix not happy
Hi Billie, It might be worth contacting Telsta customer support to see if there’s any issues they can help you with.
Hi Mark My question is do you know when we will be getting NBN in the ground in my postcode 4650 as we get a broken signal all the time you are watching, and the show just stops and starts at its own convivence I have tried to get the answer from telstra and the standard reply is they are working in our area. we pay top dollar and do not get top service ….Kind Regards Jock.
Hi Jock, The options available will depend not just on your postcode but your address. By the sounds of it you’re currently on fixed wireless. There are improvements being rolled out to the fixed wireless network but these vary depending on location. You can check on the NBN site to see if any improvements are planned for your specific address. Hope that helps.
