It's unlikely but does depend on the rewards program and credit card provider. For example CommBank, Westpac, St.George and Virgin Money all list BPAY payments as ineligible to earn rewards. While other credit card issuers (such as ANZ) doesn't specifically list BPAY transactions as ineligible for points, that doesn't mean you will earn points.
