Hi Nick,
We’re not able to provide any help unfortunately. Banks have increased their security around larger transfers, which is effective in combatting scams, but frustrating for those like you caught up in the mix! Your best bet is to contact customer service to resolve your issue as soon as possible. Best of luck!

Hi Gavin,
Since you have reached Finder, a comparison site, we can’t say for sure when Revolut will start offering travel insurance to their Australian users. It would be best to contact them directly to confirm it. If you have an existing Revolut account, you can reach out to them via in-app chat in the Revolut App through your Profile (circle in the upper left corner) -> Help -> New chat.
Thanks,
Alison

I have accounts with both Monzo and Revolut. I gather Monzo have a transfer limit of £10,000 – However, yesterday at 2.15pm they approved a limit increase of £17,000 which I tried to send to Revolut bank. To date 20hrs later, this has not been transferred and is still held by their fraud team who suspect a scam!! How long can this situation remain unsolved? I would be interested in your comments / help?
