  • Loan amount and purpose. The QBANK Fixed Home Loan has a minimum borrowing amount of just $50,000. The loan is available for both owner-occupiers and investors, and you can use it for construction.
  • Flexible repayments. The QBANK Fixed Home Loan allows weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments to suit your pay schedule. It also allows penalty-free extra repayments of up to $10,000 per year to a maximum of $30,000 during the fixed-rate term.
