Here's how you can avoid smashing through your data allowance while streaming big on your summer road trip.

amaysim is gifting new customers 88GB for only $20 for their first renewal.

That's heaps of data on the Optus network if you plan on being out on the road a lot this summer.

Its offer is:

  • 88GB for $20 for the first renewal and then 50GB for $40 ongoing

That means that after your first 28 days with amaysim, the plan will revert back to 50GB for $40. But you can always shift to a different offer after that since there's no lock-in contract.

Alternatively, if you don't need much data at all, you could even jump on amaysim's 2GB offer for FREE. That's:

  • 2GB for $0 for the first renewal and then $12 per 28 days ongoing

Both offers end on 31 January.

What other mobile plan deals are flying around?

If amaysim's latest offers don't take your fancy, there's a few more mobile plans worth checking out.

felix mobile, which runs on the Vodafone network, is offering unlimited data for $17.50 per month for the first 3 months.

The plan reverts back to $35 per month after that but it's still a solid deal given there are no data caps.

  • Keep in mind the offer is only available via Finder.

Circles.Life – 100GB for $30 a month

You can get 100GB for only $30 per month for the first 6 months. After that you'll have to pay $45 a month.

The plan goes back to its original price after, which is 20GB for $20 per month.
