Hi Stewart, Issues with sending images between iPhones and Android are quite common unfortunately, and the provider you choose is just one factor. Lyca allows roaming but charges on a per-call basis and the rates are quite high – you may want to consider using a separate travel SIM instead. Generally when you switch to a provider your number is ported immediately, so if you want to maximise the value from your renewal you might want to wait for a few weeks. Hope this helps.

You can visit Lycamobile Australia website to top-up your number. Midway on the page, you would see a table containing their prepaid plans. Look for your desired package and click “Existing Customer BUY HERE” orange button. Once clicked, you can put in your personal information and then the card information to complete the request.

You’ve reached finder. I would recommend contacting Lycamobile’s customer support on 1300 854 607 from another phone. They should be able to give you a PUK number to unlock your SIM.
