Step 8 (optional): Wait for Vaya to transfer your old phone number over to your new service

Transfers from Optus services can take between 2 and 4 business days, while all other services typically take between 1 and 48 hours. In the meantime, your existing SIM card will continue to function as normal.

And that's all there is to it. By following these simple steps, you can make the switch to Vaya in the same amount of time it takes to pick a movie to watch on Netflix.
