ALDI is a well-known discount supermarket in Australia that, like Coles and Woolworths, owns and operates its own Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) known as ALDIMobile. ALDIMobile offers both pay-as-you-go (PAYG) prepaid plans and monthly SIM-only plans each with their own call, data and text allowances.

ALDIMobile’s no-contract Value Pack plans come in S, L, XL, XXL and Jumbo sizes, each with unlimited calls and texts and monthly data allowances ranging from 2GB up to 40GB. Excluding the S plan, each plan also comes with an allotted amount of minutes for calling overseas.

ALDIMobile’s PAYG plans offer more flexibility by only charging you for what you use. With these PAYG plans, you purchase recharge vouchers that add credit to your account. You’re then charged according to the calls you make, the texts you send and the data you use. Calls will set you back 12c per minute, SMS messages cost 12c each, MMS messages cost 35c each and data is charged at 5c per MB.
