How to make a claim with AAMI pet insurance
You can submit your claim online through your Pet Insurance Account:
Log in. Access your Pet Insurance Account from any device.
Create new claim. Navigate to the claims section within the platform.
Upload documentation. Take a photo or upload a PDF of your paid tax invoice. Ensure the document includes the itemised costs and treatment date.
Provide any other required details. Answer the guided questions regarding the reason for the treatment.
Submit. Review your information, click submit and wait for a response from AAMI.
