Can I retroactive my miles from Etihad or Emirates airlines?
Hi Beata,
Thanks for your question.
You’re able to claim missing miles for Emirates for flights you’ve flown two months before becoming a member, and for Emirates you can claim miles for flights flown three months before your date of enrolment. For both airlines, if you’re already a member you can submit an online claim form to claim missing miles.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
I recently joined the frequent flyer program. Just before doing so, I travelled via SIA to S’pore and Hanoi.
Can I Have those flights credited to my new frequent flier account?
Hi John,
Thanks for your question.
If you flew with Singapore Airlines within six months of you becoming a member, you’re able to fill out a retroactive claim form on the Singapore Airlines website to claim your missing Miles.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
Hi Elizabeth,
Using my krisflyer points, how many points required for a free award ticket flight from Brisbane to Cebu, roundtrip. At this point in time I have 35,900 points. Please advise.
Thank you.
Marce
Hi Marce,
Thanks for your question.
It will cost you 50,000 Miles for a Saver Award seat round trip, but for a one-way flight it’s 25,000 Miles.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
I am the KrisFlyer member just from today. Can I use my plane tickets to calculate the miles
Hi Beata,
Thanks for your question.
There’s a mileage calculator available on the Singapore Airlines website where you can enter the destinations on your ticket and calculate the miles you’re flying.
I hope this will help.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
I bought 2 tickets on Singapore air a day prior to joining KrisFlyer, can I get our points for these tickets?
Thank you
Lynette
Hi Lynette,
Thanks for your question.
You’re able to claim Miles for flights booked before you became a member so long as the flight was within six months of you joining. There’s a retroactive claim form you can fill out on the Singapore Airlines website.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
Thanks, Elizabeth.
Where do I get the retroactive claim form?
John.
Hi John,
You can download this form on the Singapore Airlines website. I’ve emailed you the link.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
