Hi, I have just booked an air ticket Mel/SIN/MEl flying in December 2015 and have quoted an expired Kris Flyer membership. Am I able to reactivate the membership?
Hi Cecelia,
Thank you for your question.
Just to confirm though, you have come through to finder.com.au, not Singapore Airlines.
As such, you’ll need to contact Singapore Airlines directly to reactivate your KrisFlyer membership.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Sally
How do I add miles to my profile for flights already booked and paid for as I was not a Kris Flyer member at the time of booking.
Hi Amanda,
Thank you for your comment.
You can claim miles for flights you took with Singapore Airlines within six months before you signed up for KrisFlyer membership. You can do this by completing and submitting a retroactive claim form on the Singapore Airlines website to claim your missing Miles.
I’ve emailed you a link to the page. You’ll just need your KrisFlyer Membership Number and PIN to login.
I hope this has answered your question.
Thanks,
Sally
I travelled to USA by Singapore airlines . The ticket is booked by travel agent. I booked the ticket for my spouse and kids through Singapore airlines. I travelled in June / July 2015. Shall I retroactive claim (krisflyer) for all of us now? If yes tell me the procedure?
Hi Sudhindra,
Thank you for your question.
If you’re already a KrisFlyer Frequent Flyer, then yes you can make a retroactive claim to accrue the points.
You can claim your retroactive points through your online KrisFlyer account.
You can also claim points accrued with Singapore Airline’s non-airline partners by filling out a copy of the retroactive claim form I have emailed to you.
In the future, you may wish to quote your KrisFlyer membership number at the time of booking your flights to get the points automatically.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Sally
If i make one booking for 3 of us who are krisflyer member, how do i add 3 membership numbers to the booking so everyone earns their points on travel.
Hi Ami,
You would need to quote all three KrisFlyer membership numbers at the time of booking to earn points for each individual member.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Sally
How do I obtain a Kris flyer membership.
I am already a frequent flyer member.
Hi Erin,
Thank you for your comment.
The Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer program is a separate program to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
To obtain membership, you will need to sign up for the program. I’ve emailed you a link to the signup page.
I’ve emailed you a link to the KrisFlyer website for your perusal.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Sally
