HOW TO FIND OUT MANY AIR POINTS I HAVE
Hi David,
Thanks for your question.
You can confirm how many KrisFlyer points you have by logging into your KrisFlyer online account. You can do this via the KrisFlyer website by entering your KrisFlyer number and 6 digit PIN in the login form.
I’ve emailed the page to you for your perusal.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Sally
Hi if my children are travelling on a flight do they need their own frequent flyer card or can their travel go onto my card (mother)
thank you
Hi Helen,
Thank you for your question.
To earn KrisFlyer Miles, your children will need to have their own Krisflyer account.
Children earn and require the same amount of points as adult KrisFlyer members.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Sally
We have booked a flight from Perth-Singapore-Koh Samui and I wanted to upgrade to business class – is it possible to transfer Qantas frequent flyer points over to upgrade?
Hi KJ,
Thank you for your question, as Qantas is a part of the oneworld Alliance and Singapore Airlines belongs to the Star Alliance, you’re unable to use your Qantas Frequent Flyer points to upgrade your flight with Singapore Airlines.
I hope this has answered your question.
Thanks,
Sally
Hi,
I just flew with china eastern and at the check in they didn’t put my krisflyer card’s number how can i do that? is it possible or it’s too late as i reckon they are on the same alliance.
thank you.
Hi Sam,
Thank you for your question.
Yes, Singapore Airlines and China Eastern both belong to the Star Alliance.
Typically, you’re supposed to quote your KrisFlyer Frequent Flyer number at the time of booking to ensure that your miles will be credited to your KrisFlyer account when flying with Singapore Airlines or a partner airline.
If you’ve already taken the flight, you’ll have to complete and submit a retroactive mileage claim to claim the miles.
I’ve emailed you a link to the claim form.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Sally
Do Singapore airlines frequent flyer points expire
Hi John,
Thanks for your question.
Yes, KrisFlyer miles do expire. Your KrisFlyer miles are valid for three years, and you will be notified in your account statement before they are due to expire.
As a KrisFlyer member, you may extend your miles once for six months at a nominal fee.
I hope this has helped answer your question.
Thanks,
Sally
