Everything you need to know about the Everyday Rewards program and how you can maximise the points you earn with your grocery shopping.

Can I “spend” my air miles on goods in a physical store in Australia, Krisflyer store, or other, or even online? Or do all points have to be redeemed against flights, hotels, etc?
Hi Mick,
Thanks for your question.
Unfortunately, Australian-based KrisFlyer members can only really redeem their Miles for travel-related rewards. While you can convert Miles into retailer points in Singapore, Australian KrisFlyer members can only redeem their rewards for flight awards, flight upgrades, mixing Miles and cash for flights and for flights with partnered airlines.
I hope this has helped answer your question.

Sally
Hi
Is it possible to use My Krisflyers miles on normal economy class? As Most of the time I see people using for business class…
Thank you,
Nicolas
Hello Nicolas,
Thanks for your question.
Yes, you can use your miles to pay for a preferred seat on Economy Singapore Airlines. I’ve emailed you a link to the online redemption page for your perusal.

Sally
Hello
I am currently assessing a travel insurance claim for unused Singapore Airlines points. The flights which were booked using points were cancelled, so customers have lost the points and have submitted a claim for the points. Can you please advise the value of 1 point in Australian dollars.
Thank you.
Hello Michele,
Thanks for your question.
KrisFlyer points don’t have a set monetary value, as the amount of points you’ll need may vary depending on what you’re redeeming them for.
If you’re using a credit card, the points usually equate to 1 KrisFlyer mile per $2 spent in Australia and 1.5 KrisFlyer miles per $1 spent overseas on Visa cards. Otherwise, you’ll earn 1.5 KrisFlyer miles per $1 spent on an American Express card.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Hello
I need to claim for a trip i have just returned from,
Where can i submit the claim?
Thank you
Hello Daniele,
Thanks for your question.
You can claim points on a previous flight by completing and submitting a retroactive points form. I’ve emailed you a link to the page for your convenience. Please note that you’ll need your membership number and PIN to log in to your account. Make sure to have your flight details handy while you’re completing the form.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
How do I claim points as I did not claim them when I flew sia to new York via Singapore from perth, and back to perth from san Francisco?
Hello Christine,
Thanks for your question.
You can claim ‘missing points’ by completing and submitting a retroactive claim form to KrisFlyer. I’ve emailed you a copy of the form for your convenience.
Please keep in mind that you can only make claims for flights taken within six months of filling out the application.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
