hi, my frequent flyer card is lost. how do I get a replacement card and how much do I need to pay for a new card?
Hi Ernie,
Thanks for your question.
You can request a replacement card by calling KrisFlyer Membership Services. The replacement will cost a nominal fee of 1,000 miles or USD$10. This service fee is waived for KrisFlyer Elite and PPS Club members.
I hope this has helped.

Sally
What constitutes a qualifying transaction in order to receive a permanent membership card after getting the first paper card upon joining kris flyer?
Hi Ron,
Thanks for your question.
To receive permanent membership, purchases made with KrisFlyer (e.g. flights) are considered qualifying transactions. Purchases made with Singapore Airlines airline and non-air partners may also be considered qualifying transactions.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Can I use elite silver card to enter the lounge in changi airport if I didn’t fly with star alliance for this time? Please advice. Thanks.
Thanks Sally for your prompt response and your answer helps to clear my doubts :) tq.
Hi Gc,
Thanks for your question.
The Elite Silver Card doesn’t offer complimentary access into the KrisFlyer lounge at Changi airport, this is only available to Gold cardholders. Also, you can usually only access KrisFlyer lounges if you’re flying with Singapore Airlines or a Star Alliance partnered airline that day.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Please email me form to get my miles . I just returned from round trip SFO to Bali and back 11/22/2015 to 12/03/2015.
Hi Ann,
Thanks for your comment.
Just to confirm, you have come through to finder.com.au – not Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer.
However, if you didn’t quote your KrisFlyer number at the time of booking your flights and need to claim your points, you can do so by completing and submitting a retroactive form. However, you’ll need to log in to your KrisFlyer online account to access the form. I’ve emailed you a link to the online form for your convenience.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
I just flew Singapore airline from using Living Social program . I flew from SFO to BALI round trip , do my miles count ? How do I join Kris Flyer ?
Hi Ann,
Thanks for your question.
You can join the KrisFlyer program by completing and a submitting a form via their website. I’ve emailed you a link for your convenience. If you’ve already completed your flight with Singapore Airlines, you’ll need to complete and submit a retroactive miles form once you’ve signed up to the program to claim your miles.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
