If I become a member of the Kris flyer program and I book air tickets for my family, will I be awarded points?
Hi Gurparkash,
Thanks for your question.
So long as you quote your frequent flyer number at the time of booking, you should be able to earn points for the flights with Singapore Airlines and its partners.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
I am a ff member, but I have lost my card.
I have a business class flight booked or 3/7/16 would you provide me with new card/number
Thanks
Hi Alan,
Thanks for your question.
Just to confirm, though, you have come through to finder.com.au. As such, we’re unable to confirm your KrisFlyer number or send you a new card.
Instead, you’ll need to contact the KrisFlyer customer service team directly on 02 8228 1188.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Lost ff card, can you provide my number please?
Hi Alan,
Thanks for your question.
Just to confirm, though, you have come through to finder.com.au rather than Singapore Airlines’ Krisflyer.
As such, we’re unable to confirm your KrisFlyer frequent flyer number.
Instead, you’ll need to contact the KrisFlyer customer service team directly to confirm your number.
I’m sorry we couldn’t be of more assistance.
Cheers,
Sally
Do Singapore Airlines have a Family program as some other airlines where earned points can be consolidated to one family member?
The reverse to this is can one family member redeem points for another family members ticket booking.
thank you.
Hello Richard,
Thanks for your comment.
KrisFlyer doesn’t offer a family pooling option, but you can nominate up to five family members or friends whom you’d like to transfer your points to. To do this, simply login to make your nominations online, or download and complete a Redemption Nomination form.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Last April my husband and I flew Singapore Airlines from Brisbane to Barcelona and returned London to Brisbane. The travel agent I used ( who has since been dismissed) did not link our Velocity cards as requested. I have only just discovered this. As more than 6 months has elapsed, is there some way that that the flight miles can be redeemed to our Velocity cards?
Do hope you can help!
Hi Dianne,
Thanks for your question.
You can generally only redeem missing points within 6 months of travelling. As this time has passed, you may need to contact Velocity directly to see if you can contest the time limit as your travel agent made the error.
You can contact their customer service team on 13 18 75.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
