Hi Andri,
Thanks for your question.
Unfortunately, you can only earn Elite Miles when you fly with Singapore Airlines or one of its Star Alliance partners.
I hope this has helped.

Hi,
Can I use my Krisflyer miles to upgrade economy seat on Lufthansa airlines flying IAH to BOM. Also, can I nominate my family for an upgrade.
Thanks.
Hi Yogesh,
Thanks for your question.
At this point, you can’t use your KrisFlyer miles to upgrade your seats with Lufthansa Airlines. You also need to be a Miles & More frequent flyer to be able to upgrade your flight with Lufthansa.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
how to change my Kris Flyer email account
Hi Thomas,
Thanks for your question.
According to KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions, a change to your email address may be made online by logging into your account on their website. Only a change in name, date of birth or gender requires written notification to Singapore Airlines by the member.
Cheers,
Anndy
Where do I find out how many KrisFlyer miles i get for which flights and how may miles it takes to get free flights? Also, where are the tables that show how many miles it takes to upgrade from economy to premium economy and what about part payment – miles and cash?
Hi Rob,
Thanks for your question.
You can use KrisFlyer’s miles calculator to see how many points you can earn or redeem on certain flights.
You can see how many miles you’ll need to upgrade a flight here.
I hope this has helped.

We are flying to Vietnam on a Singapore Air SQ flight to join a major tour group, flying as part of their “fly Free” programme. Is it possible to use our frequent flyer points from KrisFlyer to upgrade to a premium economy seat?
Hi Sue,
Thanks for your inquiry.
Yes, you can use your miles to upgrade your fare on a Singapore Airlines or SilkAir flight. Most partner airlines in the Star Alliance will also allow you to do this.
Cheers,
May
