The Competition particulars are set out in the following schedule ("Competition Schedule"), which is incorporated by reference into and form part of the General Competition Terms and Conditions at www.finder.com.au/about-us/general-competition-terms-and-conditions ("General Terms"). To the extent of any conflict in the terms of the Competition Schedule and the General Terms, the terms of the Competition Schedule will prevail.

1. Promotion Overview
Finder is offering eligible entrants the chance to win payment of their energy bills for one year, up to a maximum of AUD $2,500 (the "Prize").
There is one (1) prize to be won. The total prize pool is AUD $2,500.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion begins at 12:00am AEDT on Wednesday, 22 October 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Friday, 7 November 2025 ("Promotion Period").
The prize draw will take place live during the Finder Live Stream on Thursday, 13 November 2025 at 12:00pm AEDT.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter, you must:
- Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over;
- Follow Finder's official Instagram account (@finder.au); and
- Complete the competition entry form available via the Finder landing page link provided in the campaign post or Finder communications.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, related companies, agencies, and suppliers directly involved with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
- During the Promotion Period, follow Finder's Instagram page (@finder.au).
- Comment "Energy" on the giveaway post.
- You will receive an automated message with a link to the Finder competition landing page.
- Complete the entry form with your full name, email address, Instagram handle and phone number.
- Submit your entry form to go in the draw.
Except for Bonus Entries, Finder will only accept one entry per entrant.
5. Bonus Entries
Entrants can earn bonus entries by completing additional eligible actions listed on the entry form, including but not limited to:
- Signing up for a Finder account to hear about Finder Rewards;
- Tagging a friend in the competition post on Instagram post; or
- Switching or purchasing an energy plan through Finder's partner, CIMET.
To qualify for bonus entries via an energy plan:
- The email address used on your entry form must exactly match the one used when applying for an energy plan through Finder (via CIMET); and
- Finder must be able to verify your completed energy application via CIMET's data.
- Finder must be able to verify your completed energy application via CIMET's data.
If this information cannot be verified, bonus entries may be disqualified.
6. Prize Details
The winner will have their residential energy bills paid by Finder for 12 months, up to a combined total of AUD $2,500.
Prize fulfilment
- Finder will pay the winner's energy bills directly to their retailer (for example, via BPAY) based on copies of legitimate bills provided by the winner.
- The winner must submit valid energy bills showing:
- Their full name, service address and account number; and
- Amount due and payment details.
- The winner must provide any other documentation reasonably required by Finder for verification.
- Finder may make multiple payments until the $2,500 cap is reached or 12 months have passed from the date of the draw.
- Prize payments will be processed within 30 days of successful verification and provision of the winner's energy bills to Finder.
- If Finder causes a delay in payment that results in a late fee, Finder will cover that fee.
- Any energy costs beyond the $2,500 cap remain the responsibility of the winner.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or verified, Finder may select a replacement winner.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
7. Winner Selection & Live Stream Conditions
- The prize draw will be conducted live during the Finder Live Stream on Thursday, 13 November 2025 at 12:00pm AEDT.
- A winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received before the Promotion Period ends.
- To win, you must:
- Be watching the live stream at the time of the draw; and
- Answer your phone live on air when called by the Finder team.
- The Finder team will attempt to contact randomly selected entrants by phone for up to 15 minutes during the live stream.
- If a selected entrant does not answer within 30 seconds, or their call fails, the prize will be forfeited, and another entrant will be drawn.
- This process will continue until an eligible entrant answers their phone live during the 15-minute prize window.
- If no eligible entrant successfully answers within that time, Finder reserves the right to choose a winner at its sole discretion after the event.
Finder's decision on the winner is final and binding.
8. Verification
Finder reserves the right to:
- Request proof of identity, age, and Australian residency;
- Verify Finder Rewards sign-up or CIMET application records; and
- Disqualify any entry found to contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Failure to provide requested proof within the timeframe specified by Finder may result in forfeiture of the prize.
9. General Conditions
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- If the live stream or draw cannot proceed as planned due to technical or unforeseen circumstances, Finder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
- Finder is not responsible for technical failures, call issues, or missed calls that prevent participation.
- Finder reserves the right to amend, vary or modify the terms and conditions of the Promotion at its sole discretion.
- Finder's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Privacy
By entering this promotion, you consent to Finder collecting and using your personal information to administer the competition and contact you about Finder services, in accordance with the Finder Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Finder (including its officers, employees, and agents) is not responsible for any:
- Loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation or claiming the prize; or
- Technical or communication failures during the live stream or prize draw.
