If I book a Qantas FLight through Webjet and use my frequent flyer number – can I then go into my FF account and upgrade using my points?

      Hi Jane,

Thanks for getting in touch with Finder! It’s helpful to know that you cannot upgrade your flight via the Webjet website. If you wish to book or upgrade your flight using frequent flyer points, you need to contact the airline directly. Also, airline frequent flyer points cannot be used to pay for your flight at Webjet.

      Hope this clarifies!

      With care,
      Nikki
