I am enquiring for my 92 year old mother-in-law who is vision impaired and doesn’t have a computer or email address. She got a temporary card from the supermarket and got someone in the family to register it online for her over a month ago. She has never received a permanent card and has been told at the checkout her reward points are not going on her card. I have tried to check online using the temporary card number, but get nowhere with it. I don’t know what user name and password she was given when her card was registered. I got another application and attempted to begin all over again, but can’t complete the process as her name and address have already been used. She is getting quite agitated thinking about savings she is missing. Where do I go now to try and sort it out for her?
Hi Alison, thanks for getting in touch with us.
The Woolworths Everyday Rewards website has a ‘forgot your password’ option, at the log-in page which will allow you to retrieve the password to the account. Alternatively contact can be made to Woolworths Everyday directly to request the permanent card be sent. Please refer to the contact details I have sent to your email.
Cheers,
Jonathan
