The Woolworths Everyday Rewards loyalty program (previously Woolworths Rewards) lets you earn points for shopping at participating Woolworths supermarkets (including online), BWS, Big W and Caltex or Caltex Woolworths fuel outlets – as well as through seasonal offers and promotions. You can use these points to get money towards your shopping or transfer them to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
Use this guide to find answers for some of the most common questions about Everyday Rewards so you know exactly what you can get as a member and how to manage your card and your account.
Follow these steps to register your temporary card:
As part of the joining process, you'll need to provide your mailing address so a new card can be sent to you. Once all of this is done, the points earned on your temporary card are added to your rewards balance. Alternatively, you can order a new card at any time by logging into your account, selecting "My Account" in the top-right corner, then "Cards & accounts" and "Order a new card".
If you don't register your temporary card, it will expire after six months and you'll lose the points you've earned. If you're only using a temporary card, you also can't redeem your points for rewards or access any other member benefits until you get your Everyday Rewards card.
If your Everyday Rewards card is lost or stolen, you can order a replacement card by calling the Everyday Rewards phone service on 1300 10 1234. If you know your card number, you can speed up the process by letting them know.
You can also order your replacement card online by following these steps:

You earn 1 point per $1 spent on eligible purchases when you shop and scan your Everyday Rewards card at a participating Woolworths supermarkets, Woolworths online, BWS, Big W and at Caltex or Caltex Woolworths fuel outlets. Note that you won't be able to earn points at Caltex and Caltex Woolworths outlets located in Tasmania.

Once you have earned 2,000 points, you'll have the following reward options:
If you want to bank your points up for Christmas or earn Qantas Points instead of getting $10 off an eligible shop, you can log in to your Everyday Rewards account, click on "My Account" and then select "Redemption settings". From there, you'll be able to choose your preferred reward option or switch between them.
If you’ve forgotten to scan your card and would like your points added to your account, just log in to your account and fill in a claim form. You can use this form to claim base points for any eligible shopping you've done within the previous 7 days, as long as it is under $500 in value and you still have the receipt details. You can use this form for up to 3 claims within a 6-month period.

Everyday Rewards does allow you to link other Rewards cards to your account if you want to share fuel discounts. To do this, log in to your account and go to "Manage accounts", then "cards and accounts". Link your cards using their individual details by clicking on the section named "Link other Everyday Rewards cards".
Once you've earned 2,000 Everyday Rewards, they will automatically be converted to 1,000 Qantas Points and appear in your account within 24 hours. You must be a current Qantas Frequent Flyer member and your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership must be linked to your Everyday Rewards account.
You can do this by logging in to your Everyday Rewards account, selecting "My Account" and "Cards & accounts", then entering your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details. Alternatively, you can call 1300 10 1234 and select option 1 (9am–7pm on weekdays, 10am–4pm on weekends).

Just enter how much you usually spend at Woolworths, BWS or Caltex Woolworths outlets to see details of your weekly and yearly rewards.
If you did not choose Qantas Points when you first joined Everyday Rewards, your account will be set up for the "automatic savings" option by default. You can change your preferences by following the steps below.
You can also use these steps to change your preference back to earning Everyday Rewards points, or to bank them up for Christmas.
A Woolworths credit card can double as your Everyday Rewards membership card, with your membership barcode printed on the back, near the signature panel. This means you can scan the back of your Woolworths credit card before you pay to earn Everyday Rewards points at participating stores.
Woolworths offers two credit cards that earn points per $1 spent on eligible purchases you make anywhere these cards are accepted. The Woolworths Qantas Platinum Credit Card offers 1 Qantas Point per $1 spent at Woolworths Group stores and 0.5 per $1 spent on other eligible purchases, uncapped.
Meanwhile, the Woolworths Everyday Platinum Credit Card earns between 1 and 3 credit card points per $1 spent on eligible purchases. These points are automatically converted into Woolworths Shopping Cards every four months, which you can use to pay for shopping at participating Woolworths group stores.
Everyday Rewards, Woolworths Rewards and Woolworths Everyday Rewards are all names for the same Woolworths rewards program, but Everyday Rewards is the current branding for the program.
If you're wondering about the different names, here is some background: When this rewards program was first launched (in 2007-2008), it was known as Woolworths Everyday Rewards. Between October 2015 and August 2016, it went through some changes, including being re-named Woolworths Rewards in 2015. The updated scheme allowed you to get money off your shopping with the supermarket giant by earning Woolworths Dollars on selected items. It also scrapped the option of earning Qantas Points for eligible spending.
Following that change and feedback from customers, Woolworths updated the program again on 31 August 2016. That version of Woolworths Rewards offered 1 point per $1 spent at Woolworths, BWS, Big W and at participating Caltex or Caltex Woolworths fuel outlets (excluding in Tasmania), with the options of automatically redeeming points for money off your shopping, saving them up, or converting them to Qantas Points.
In July 2020, Woolworths Rewards became Everyday Rewards. You still earn 1 point per $1 spent at Woolworths, BWS, Big W and at participating Caltex or Caltex Woolworths fuel outlets. A key difference is that now residents of Tasmania can earn points through the program when shopping at participating Woolworths, BWS and Big W. It also offers "points booster" deals that can give you up to 10 points per $1 spent on eligible items for a promotional period (in the past, similar offers were not called "points boosters").

Can i spend my reward points at BWS
Hi James,
Thanks for your comment and I hope you are doing well. Yes, you are able to spend your rewards points at BWS once you have earned 2,000 points. For more information, you can read the part of the page above saying “How can I use Woolworths Rewards points?”
Hope this helps and feel free to reach out to us again for further assistance.

When shopping for Xmas do i have to use all my Xmas points in one shop or can I use only a certain amount each shop and normal payment for the rest of the balance? Shop $300 Xmas reward points $100 and cash 200?
Hi Julie,
Thanks for your comment and I hope you are doing well. Your Woolworths Dollars are redeemable in $10 increments. If you have $20 saved in your Rewards account, as long as your total comes to over $20 you will be able to use it all! If your purchase comes to $15 you would use $10 of your savings, spend $5 and you would have $10 left in your account ready to be used next time. Let us know if you have any other enquiries, we are happy to help.
Best,
Nikki

I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Ash
My Woolworths card has a different name attached to it.
Hi Helen,
Thanks for your comment. If you need to change the name on your Woolworths card, log in to your account, select ‘My Account’ from the top right corner then ‘My Details’. (You may need to complete the second step of authentication. If this is the case, a temporary code will be sent to your email address or mobile number to verify that you are the owner of the account.) Amend your details, then select ‘Update details’ to save.

Can I use my daughters staff discount card to purchase alcohol at BWS if the’re under 18. This is to purchase alcohol for our purposes only and not the person under 18.
Hi Simon,
Thanks for getting in touch! Generally, as long as you are legally allowed to buy alcohol, you may be able to do so. However, it would be best to ask the Woolworths team if you can use your daughter’s discount card to actually purchase liquor.
Hope this helps!
Best,
Nikki
