How can I earn Qantas Points through Everyday Rewards?
With Everyday Rewards, the default option is to get $10 off your shop at Woolworths or other partners when you have earned 2,000 points. You can switch to earning Qantas Points using the following steps:
- Log in to your Everyday Rewards account online or via the app.
- Click on "My Account" and then on "Rewards Choice".
- Select the Qantas Points option and follow the prompts to confirm your choice.
You'll need to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number to start earning points. If you haven't joined Qantas Frequent Flyer yet, you can sign up for free when you choose to earn Qantas Points through Everyday Rewards. This saves you $99.50 on the usual joining fee.
After setting this up, you'll get 1,000 Qantas Points added to your frequent flyer account once you have earned 2,000 Everyday Rewards points.
How many Qantas Points can I earn at Woolworths?
You earn a minimum of 1 Everyday Rewards point per $1 spent in-store and online at Woolworths, Big W, BWS and Ampol or Woolworths-Caltex branded service stations. This works out to 0.5 Qantas Points per $1 spent.
This isn't the most competitive earn rate, so you might want to also consider a Qantas Frequent Flyer credit card if you're looking to earn more Qantas Points on daily transactions.
Is it worth converting Woolworths Everyday Rewards Points to Qantas Points?
You can get more value from Qantas Points than Everyday Rewards Points, but it does depend on how you use them. Qantas Points offer the highest value when you redeem them for flights (including flight upgrades). 1,000 Qantas Points is typically worth between $15-$30 when used this way.
If you don't travel a lot or aren't actively earning Qantas Points in any other way, you might prefer to use Everyday Rewards to get money off your shop.

To give you an idea of the value your points could give you, let's look at a one-way economy flight from Sydney to Melbourne.
- Points needed to redeem the flight: 9,200 Qantas Points.

In comparison, the value of 2,000 Everyday Rewards Points is $10 when you use your points to get money off your shop at Woolworths or another partner.
Important conditions to remember

I posted this question previously: “How do I redeem the points I have earned on my Everyday Rewards Card, please?”
The response was “Redeeming Everyday Rewards points can be completed by logging into the Woolworths Everyday Rewards website.”
I can login to My Account and ascertain the number of points I have, my problem is identifying HOW I MAY USE THESE REWARDS. What link do I need to open?

To redeem your reward points for Woolworths Everyday Rewards, you’ll need to use the following steps:
1. Log into your account
2. Click on ‘my account’ > my account login and login with your details
3. After you’ve logged in the page should display your name on the top right hand corner
4. Choose ‘redemption settings’ or ‘rewards’ to select what rewards you’d like to redeem for
5. Redeem your reward!
Please also refer to the screenshot I have provided you via email, which shows what the ‘Redemption settings’ and ‘Rewards’ tab looks like.

My secondary discount card doesnt work how can I check if it has been activated as I think that I’ve done them both together??

You can check the balance/ status of your card by logging into the Woolworths Everyday Rewards website or via the Woolworths Money App. You can log in using your ID and your password. Once done, proceed to your credit card in the Account List. If you see the “Activate Card” under Manage Account, then you need to press that and follow the prompts to quickly activate your card and choose your memorable PIN.
If you are using the Woolworths Money App, open the app, then select your Woolworths credit card, log in to your Woolworths credit card account, and select “Activate Card”, then follow the prompts.
You can also contact Woolworths to check this.
Before using your card, please ensure you read through its Product Disclosure Statements/Terms and Conditions.
