Can I spend flybuys points on shopping at Target?
Hi Kat,
Thanks for your question. flybuys are available to be redeemed at Target in store or via the flybuys web site.
If you are using them at the checkout you must advise the checkout operator at the time you wish to redeem.
Hope this has helped.
Cheers
Matt
Dear Flybuys,
I forgot to scan my flybuys card for my big grocery shopping yesterday. I still have receipt and I am wondering can I add the points to my flybuys quoting the receipt number and my membership number online?
Thank you!
Hi Dragan,
Thanks for your question.
You’ve come through to finder.com.au, not flybuys, but you are able to claim your missing flybuys points. All you need to do is keep the receipt and call flybuys on 13 11 16 to claim your points.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
I’m trying to log in to redeem points but it’s saying I’m not registered. How do I do that. Thanks
Hi Rate,
Thanks for your question.
You can register your flybuys account online through the flybuys website.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
Hello,
Do you still get the Quantas Frequent Flyer Card when you sign up for a FlyBuy card?
Regards,

Hi Pri,
Thanks for your question.
This is not currently an offer with the flybuys program. Qantas Frequent Flyer membership costs $89.50, but there are a few ways to sign up for the program for free. You can find out different ways you can join the Qantas Frequent Flyer for free.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
Good morning….I have $200 on my flybuys card but when I scan the card to pay at Coles it tells me I have insufficient funds, is there something more I need to do to activate the card?
I receive coles weekly specials which outlines at the top my points and cash amount.
I have used the card for payment on many occasions, this only happens now and again.
….regards Barb
Hi Barb,
Thanks for your question.
Would you be able to confirm if this card is a gift card of a flybuys loyalty membership card please?
Cheers,
Shirley
