Hello, quite a long while back I went in to my Flybuys a/c and used the points I had for a $100 Coles “voucher” What do I do to use the $100 please, I have no idea and therefore hadn’t tried to use the $$$$. Also, wondering if this was a fair while ago will the dollars still be available to me if I went to Coles.
Hi Andrea.
Thank you for reaching out to finder.
flybuys points don’t expire as long as you collect or redeem them at least once a year. If you don’t earn or redeem any points on your account for a period of 12 consecutive months, then your points will automatically expire and your membership may be terminated. For you to be able to use the $100 Coles voucher, you may want to check these stores that allow you to use and redeem your dollars. Coles Supermarkets, Coles Central, Coles Express, Myer, Target, Kmart, Kmart Tyre & Auto Services, Officeworks, Liquorland, Vintage Cellars and 1st Choice Liquor Superstore. Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Reggie
Can I use flybuys dollars if paying by eftpos when picking up online Coles order?
Hi Kristy,
Thanks for reaching out to finder.
Yes, you can use your FB$ at any participating stores by swiping your physical flybuys card through the eftpos machine and then entering your PIN.
Please note that FB$ cannot be redeemed via the barcode on the back of any credit card on which you can earn points and it can’t also be used for online purchases.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Charisse
Can I use my flybuys points to purchase fuel and if so how?
Hi Julie,
Thanks for getting in touch with finder. I hope all is well with you. :)
The answer to your question is yes. You can use flybuys points to buy fuel. What you need to do is first convert your points in the rewards store to flybuys Dollars to use at Coles Express. Once you have set up a PIN and converted your points to flybuys dollars, you can then swipe your flybuys card in store and let the attendant know you want to pay with flybuys Dollars.
You may also speak to a Coles Express representative to learn more.
I hope this helps. Should you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach us out again.
Have a wonderful day!
Cheers,
Joshua
