Where do I get my four digit password to use when my flybuys card is swiped at the store and I need to put in the pin number to redeem my $10 flybuys reward?
Hi Helena,
Thanks for your question.
Typically your PIN is shown on the back on the card and needs to be scratched to be revealed. If this is not the case with your card, please get in touch with flybuys directly to reveal what the PIN is.
Cheers,
Shirley
where in australia can i fly to using my points
Hi Moore,
Thanks for your question.
You can redeem your rewards for the following but not limited to: Melbourne, Cairns and Alice Springs. To have a look at your options, please visit the official Flybuys website.
Cheers,
Shirley
I redeemed my points for movie tickets. My partner had a fight with me and removed my name from her card holder after I redeemed my points . I never received movie tickets and when I rang I was told I couldn’t have them resend to my email as I was removed but she is still using my email address . Shouldn’t I still be able to get the tickets since she did this after I redeemed the points?
Hi Puzzled,
Thanks for your question.
You may want to check your junk mail box first in case the tickets are in there.
You can try make up with your partner and ask her to put you back onto the flybuys account, or to ask her to call flybuys instead to request a resend of the tickets.
Alternatively, you could also try explaining the situation to flybuys to see if they will resend the tickets to another email address.
I hope it all works out,
Shirley
Hi,
Is it possible to get another card for my partner to use? Or does he have to get his own account?
Hi Kristina,
Thanks for your question.
You can apply to add additional members to your account online. Once this is done, a new card should be sent to you.
Cheers,
Shirley
I forgot to scan my flybuys card, I’ve kept the receipt how can I claim my points on line
Hi Caroline,
Thanks for your question.
To our knowledge you can’t claim your points online, you need to do this over the phone with flybuys.
Cheers,
Shirley
