thanks Sandy
Hi Sandy,
Thank you for your question and we’re sorry to hear about your current situation.
Just to clarify, you have come through to finder.com.au.
If you have lost your flybuys frequent flyer card, you can order a replacement card and confirm your frequent flyer membership number by contacting the flybuys Service Centre. Their number is listed under our FAQ on the flybuys loyalty program guide page.
I hope this answered your question.
Thanks,
Sally
Hi there
How dou you convert flybuy points into flybuy dollars please. Thank you
Hi Alice,
Thank you for your question.
There are a number of ways to redeem flybuys points. To redeem flybuys points for a reward, log into your ‘my flybuys’ profile and head to the rewards section of the site. Follow the steps from there. The second option for redeeming points is by calling the flybuys service centre. You can also use the flybuys online portal to ‘flybuys dollars’, which are credited to your flybuys card to use at the checkout.
I hope this answered your question.
Thanks,
Sally
can I convert my flybuys points to Qantas frequent flyer points and how do I do that?
Hi Genevieve,
Thanks for your question.
Unfortunately, you’re currently unable to convert your flybuys points into Qantas Points. However, you are able to redeem your flybuys points for many similar travel rewards, such as booking flights through Webjet.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
I had to uninstall flybuys app and now I can not find the Australian one to reinstall on my android phone. …please help. Kim
Hi Kim,
Thanks for your question.
Unfortunately, here doesn’t appear to be an Australian version of the flybuys app available on Android currently – only on iPhone or Android in New Zealand. However, you’re still able to manage your account online.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
How do I redeem $10 off my next shop at Coles from my current flybuys points ?
Hi Valerie,
Thanks for your question.
You need to login to your online flybuys account and then redeem your reward online, as they need to be converted into flybuys dollars. Once you’re signed in click ‘Redeem Now’ and enter your four digit PIN, select how many points you want to convert, and then when you’re next in-store tell the checkout attendant you want to pay with flybuys dollars.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
