I didn’t have my flybuys card for scanning on checkout time at Liquorland. I was told I can put the points online with the receipt number – but cannot find where
Hi Christina,
Thanks for your question.
You will need to call flybuys directly to claim your points. The number is listed on our flybuys loyalty program guide.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Sally
What is the maximum flybuy dollars I can use in one transaction? Example…..if I have 100 flybuy dollars and do $90 worth of shopping, will my flybuy dollars cover this transaction?
Hi Ky,
Thanks for your question.
The maximum number of flybuy dollars you can hold in your account is 4,999. So you can use as many as 5,000 points (or how many points you have in your account) per transaction.
Depending on where you’re making the purchase, if one flybuy dollar equates to AUD$1.00, then you should be able to cover a $90 purchase with 100 flybuys points.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Sally
How do I return a reward that I don’t want? There is no information about this on your site.
Hi Maxine,
Thanks for your question.
Just to confirm, you have come through to finder.com.au, not flybuys.
As mentioned on the flybuys rewards terms and conditions page though, you are unable to exchange, cancel or refund your rewards once you have redeemed your points. So unless your reason for wanting to return the reward is covered by a consumer guarantee in the Australian Consumer Law, you’ll be unable to return the reward.
If you have any further queries, you may wish to contact flybuys directly.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Sally
Can i return my tefal minute steam. I just got it today. Try once. And really not happy with the product. It to much hustle. Not effective.
Hi Janti,
Thanks for your question.
Please be advised that finder.com.au is a price comparison website and not a merchant.
In order to return or see if you are able to return your item, please contact the merchant you purchased it from direct.
Cheers,
Stephanie
How do I redeem points to get fly buy dollars?
Hi Joan,
Thanks for your question.
You can convert your flybuy points into flybuy dollars via the flybuys online portal, they will then be credited to your flybuys card to be used at the checkout.
I hope this has answered your question.
Thanks,
Sally
