I just joined with the NAB bank for my car and home insurances, will I be able to get flyby points for joining? How am I be able to get the points and who do I call?
Thank You
Hello,
Thanks for your question.
NAB customers who hold a NAB flybuys Rewards Card can earn flybuys points on eligible purchases when they use their card for eligible purchases.
If you don’t have this card, you may consider ordering a separate flybuys card to use to earn points on everyday purchases. Please ensure to read through the relevant product disclosure statement and terms and conditions to ensure that you got everything covered on your transactions.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Would you be able to send me out a new card as I have lost mine. My phone is not working or I would have called
Many thanks
Una
Hi Una,
Thank you for your question.
Just to confirm, you have come through to finder.com.au, not flybuys. As such, we’re unable to organise for a replacement card to be sent to you.
However, we can confirm that you can order a replacement card online. Log in to your flybuys account using your membership number and password. Then you’ll need to click “My Account” from the main menu. You can then select the cardholder you require a replacement card for from the list of cardholders linked to the account. You can submit a request for a replacement from the options in the top right of the cardholders profile window.
If you don’t have your frequent flyer details on hand, you may need to get in touch with flybuys directly.
I’ve emailed you the flybuys contact details for your convenience.
Cheers,
Sally
I have lost my card and I’m unsure of my membership number and password. What steps do I take to getting a new card please.
Hi Wilma,
Thanks for your question.
If you’ve forgotten your membership number and password, I would suggest that you get in contact with the flybuys customer service team to confirm those details. If you’re unable to confirm those details, you may need to order a new card over the phone.
I’ve emailed you the flybuys contact information for your perusal.
Thanks,
Sally
Can i use my flybuy $$ for petrol?
Hi Christina,
Thanks for your question.
Yes, you can use your flybuys dollars to get money off your next petrol purchase.
You’ll need to sign into your flybuys account and transfer your points into flybuys dollars. You can do this by clicking on “sign in to redeem” on the Shell Coles Express section of the site. I’ve emailed you the link for your convenience.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Sally
Can we redeem our flybuy points for an international flight to/from America? If so which airline allows this?
Hi Tracy,
Thanks for your question.
This will depend on how many points you have accrued. You can use your flybuys points to book flights through Webjet. There are a number of airlines to choose from including Qantas, Jetstar, Virgin Australia and more.
I’ve emailed you a link to the Webjet website for your convenience.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Sally
