Hi! I have two separate flybuys accounts. How can I join them together so I only have one?
Thanks
Hi Jo,
Thanks for your question.
You can merge two flybuys accounts so long as they’re under the same account name. You’ll need to contact the flybuys customer service team directly to do this.
Cheers,
Sally
Hi there, I have 2 questions about FlyBuys.
1. I have a few temporary flybuys cards from when I’ve forgot my main card sometimes, all have a few points on. Is it possible to add them all to my same account, so the points add up in one place. cant find no info on the site.
2. I have added my girlfriend as another cardholder on mt account, will she also receive a card automatically, or do i need to request one. so that we both have a card, and shared account.
Really hope you can help me out,
thank you
Joe
Hello,
Temporary cards are designed to be used before you access your regular card. When you request your flybuys card, you need to enter the member number that is written on the back of your temporary card. If you did this when you applied for your flybuys card, your temporary card should already be linked with your main account.
If you haven’t received an additional card for your girlfriend, you can request one via your flybuys account.
Log in using your membership number and password. Click ‘My Account’ from the main menu. Select the cardholder you require a replacement card for from the list of cardholders linked to the account and submit “request” from the options in the top right of the cardholders profile window.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
I forgot to carry the flybuys card and made a purchase at Target, Broadmeadows on 9th November 2015. How can I include that transaction online please?
Hello Devika,
Thanks for your question. If you still have the receipt you’ll just need to contact flybuys on 13 11 16 to claim your points.
Cheers,
Sally
Can can I redeem my flybuys points as qantas frequent flyer points?
Thanks
Hi Sharon,
Thanks for your question.
While you can’t directly redeem your flybuys points for Qantas Frequent Flyer points, you can use your flybuys to redeem flights and other travel rewards through Webjet.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Can I earn flybuy points if I book flights using Webjet?
Hi Sam,
Yes, you can both earn and redeem flybuys points through Webjet.
You can earn 1 point per $2 you spend every time you make a booking for any flight or hotel with Webjet.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
