Once I have been added to another flybuys card, do I use my own card and it registers the points to the added card, or do I get another card sent to me to use which I use to tally to the added card?
Hi John,
Thanks for your question.
If you have requested an additional card and requested it to your flybuys account, either card can be used to earn points as you spend.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Cancan you get points without your card?
Hi Gina,
Thanks for your question.
Just to confirm, you have come through to finder.com.au, not flybuys.
However, we can confirm that you’ll need to swipe your flybuys card at the register to earn points as you spend.
Cheers,
Sally
Do fly buy dollars expire?
Hi Paul,
Thanks for your question.
flybuys points will not expire provided that you keep your account active. You’ll need to scan your flybuys card at least one a year to keep your account ‘active’.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Hi,
I am wondering if it is possible to get a target gift card using my flybuys points for my little brother to use? and would he be able to use it by Christmas time?
Hi Hopey,
Thanks for your question.
Yes, you can use your flybuys to redeem a target gift card. You’ll need 20,000 points to redeem a $100 gift card and 10,000 points for a $50 gift card.
You can expect to receive your reward within 3 weeks of being redeemed, so it may not arrive in time for Christmas.
I’ve emailed you a link to the flybuys Target gift card page for your convenience.
Cheers,
Sally
Are you able to convert flybuy points into Velocity points?
Hi John,
Thanks for your question.
No, you can’t convert flybuys points into Velocity points. However, you can use your flybuys to redeem flight rewards with Virgin through Webjet.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
