Where is the area where I can redeem fly points for one nights accommodation with a best western hotel? Thanks
Hi Carla,
Thanks for your question.
Unfortunately, Best Western is no longer a partner with flybuys. As such, you’re unable to use your flybuys points to redeem accommodation with them.
I’ve emailed you a link to the flybuys page that lists the different ways you can use your points for accommodation rewards.
Cheers,
Sally
Hi I took out car insurance with Coles last October. I haven’t received my flybuys points as yet.
Hi Marlene,
Thanks for your question.
When you opt into a Coles insurance policy, you should receive 1 extra point per $1 you spend at Coles Supermarkets. If you haven’t been receiving your bonus points when you spend at Coles, you might need to contact the flybuys customer service team on 13 11 16 to report and resolve the issue.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Hello Sally,
I have a flybuys card and my husband has an additional card on the same account. I have linked my Etihad card to my flybuys card. Is it possible to link my husbands Etihad to his additional card and if so how?
I hope I don’t have to start a new card for him :(
Thank you
Hi Brooke,
Thanks for your comment.
You can only link one Etihad Guest account to the flybuys account. If he is the additional cardholder, any points you earn will directly go to your Etihad account.
Unfortunately, if you want the points to go into separate accounts, your husband will need to get a separate flybuys card and linked it to his own Etihad Guest account .
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Hi Sally, how do I un-link the Etihad program from my flybuys card ?
Thanks
Hi Jimmy,
Thanks for your question.
You should be able to unlink your Etihad account and flybuys account through your flybuys online portal. In the same place you added your Etihad Guest account, there should be an option to remove it.
If not, you might want to contact flybuys on 13 11 16 to request that your Etihad Guest account is removed from your flybuys account.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Somehow I have accumulated 4 loyalty cards and have some points on each. I want to have only 1 card and discard the others but can’t see a link which allows me to do this. I have asked in store and been advised to do it online. I would if j could. Any ideas please?
Hi Doreen,
Thanks for your question.
The solution depends on whether you have four flybuys cards under different accounts or four linked to one account. You be able to tell if they’re all linked to the same account by the membership numbers, as they’ll all be the same except for the last two digits. If so, then your points should already be pooling to one account and you can get rid of three cards and stick to using one.
Otherwise, if it’s four different accounts, you’ll need to contact the flybuys customer service team on 13 11 16 to merge the accounts. Make sure to have your flybuys numbers handy before making the call.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Hi,
Is it still possible to redeem flybuys points for flights?
Thanks,
Joey
Hi Joey,
Thanks for your question.
While you can no longer redeem your points to book flights through Webjet, you can redeem flybuys points for flights with Etihad Airways. Please see our guide on turning your flybuys points into flights with Etihad for more information.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
