Hi there, last week I received an email and my points balance was 5,513
Today my points are at 5,034
How come I’ve lost nearly 500 points?
Hi Tiarna,
Thanks for your question.
If you think there’s an error in your points balance, you might want to contact flybuys on 13 11 16 to notify them of the issue and hopefully organise for your points to be returned to your account.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
I am trying to register my card to earn Dollars. You are saying wrong date of birth…I think I know my date of birth I can not go any further ??
Hi G,
Thanks for your question.
Just to confirm, you have come through to finder.com.au, not flybuys.
If you’re having trouble registering your card, you might want to contact flybuys on 13 11 16.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally

Hi Hannah,
Thanks for your question.
You might need to contact flybuys directly on 13 11 16 to confirm your code.
I hope this has helped.

How do I link my flybys to the various partners ie Medibank Private, AGL
Hi Julie,
Thanks for your question.
You can link your flybuys account to your Medibank accounts via the flybuys website.
I’ve emailed you the pages you can link these accounts through.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
I had a flybys account a number of years ago but after my bag was stolen I totally forgot to report it. I wondering would it still be active or do I have to reapply?
Hi Julie,
Thanks for your question.
Your flybuys expire if you haven’t earned or redeemed any points on your account for 12 consecutive months. After this time, your points will expire and flybuys may close your account. You’ll need to contact flybuys on 13 11 16 to confirm whether your account is open or if you need to reapply.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
