I have additional cardholders on my account. I have just loaded some flybuys dollars onto my account. Can another cardholder use the points if i give them the PIN?
Hi Janine,
Thanks for your question.
Yes, if they have a card and your account login details, they should be able to redeem the rewards.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Hi there, wondering how I find out the amount of dollars that I have currently on my flybuys card? Can’t seem to find online. Thanks.
Hi Nadine,
Thanks for your comment.
To know you flybuys Dollars, log into your Flybuys account using your membership number and password. Choose “My Account” from the main menu then select “Account Details” and scroll down to flybuys Dollars, where you can view your PIN and current balance. Please note that you can only access your balance once you have set a pin for your account.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Anndy
Hi, trying to find out the amount on my flybuys card and I have gone to the main menu and clicked on account details and I was told to scroll down to flybuys dollars but it does not say that anywhere? Is this because I am on a mobile device? How else can I do it?
Hi Nadine,
Thanks for your question.
You should be able to view your flybuys dollars balance in your online account.
You’ll need to log in to Flybuys site, go to My Account, Account Details then scroll down to Flybuys Dollars, you will see your PIN and Balance, click Manage and a new window will open up giving you a summary of it.
If you’re unable to view your balance this way, you might need to contact flybuys on 131 116 to report the issue and to confirm your balance.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally

I have a screen shot dated 16 May from Flybuys that shows that I activated an offer of 10x biggest purchase
I made a purchase at Coles for $182.13 on 16 May Receipt 2747 but I have only received 182 points.
Hi John,
Thanks for your question.
If the promotion offer hasn’t been properly credited to your account, I’d suggest that you contact flybuys directly on 13 11 16 to resolve the issue.
Cheers,
Sally
I am trying to collect my rewards in the form of a Coles voucher
Hi Heather,
Unfortunately, you can’t collect flybuys rewards for a Coles voucher. Instead, you have to collect the flybuys Dollars and once you reach 2,000 flybuys points or $10 flybuys dollars, you can show your flybuys card at the register to get $10 off your shopping at Coles.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
