Hi Rebecca,
Thanks for your question and we’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve been having with your flybuys account.
Just to confirm, you have come through to finder.com.au, not flybuys.
However, you can contact the flybuys team on 13 11 16.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
I redeemed $10 2000 fly buys point I have been to Coles but when I swipe my fly buys card at the register the $10 hasn’t deducted from my grocery bill do I have to do something different
Hi Justin,
Thanks for your question.
If you’d like to redeem your flybuys points for $10 off your shop at Coles, please make sure you’ve followed these steps:
1. Make sure you are signed into your account before turning your points into flybuys Dollars.
2. Click ‘Redeem Now’ and complete the required info – including your 4-digit PIN.
3. Select how many points you want to convert into flybuys Dollars.
4. Present your flybuys card when you’re next in-store, let the team member at the checkout know you’d like to pay with flybuys Dollars. 5. Enter the amount of flybuys Dollars you’d like to spend, swipe your card and enter your PIN.
If you followed these steps and still are unable to redeem your rewards, you may need to contact flybuys on 13 11 16 to resolve the issue.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
do i receive the points if i have added my partne onto my card?
Hi Troy,
Thanks for your question.
If you add your partner as an additional cardholder, all of the points they earn on their card will go to your primary account. This means that you’ll be able to redeem the points from their purchases using your card.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally

Hi Inderjeet,
Thanks for your question.
To add an additional cardholder to your flybuys account, you’ll need to log in to your flybuys account using your membership number and password. Click ‘My Account’ from the main menu and then the big blue and white cross on the Account Overview page.
Otherwise, you can contact flybuys on 13 11 16 to request an additional card.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
Would you please help me? How can I use pints at Coles Supermarket? When I paid out my Coles Master Card I have a problem at the check out.
They said I need a pin number. The account is on my daughters name, additional card is for my husband and myself.
I have updated my password on 7th June.
The points I build it up taken Coles supermarkets offers.
Can you help me please?
Hi Donna,
Thanks for your question.
Yes, you’ll need a 4-digit PIN to redeem the flybuys card at the counter. If your daughter is the primary cardholder, you might need to contact her to confirm the PIN she has chosen.
If you’d like to redeem money from your next shop at Coles, you’ll also need to redeem the points online first following these steps:
Enter the amount of flybuys Dollars you’d like to spend, swipe your card and enter your PIN.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
