This loan is available for owner occupiers and is a principal and interest loan. It is not available as a construction loan or for purchases of vacant land. While the loan doesn't offer an offset account it does offer fee-free redraw.

What are the feature and benefits of the loans.com.au Homebuyer Special (Essentials PI) loan?

  • Owner occupiers. This loan is only for owner occupiers and cannot be used for investment or construction purposes.
  • Loan-to-value ratio. The loans.com.au Homebuyer Special (Essentials PI) has a maximum LVR of 80% and a maximum insured LVR of 80%.
