EBM landlord insurance

EBM landlord insurance is good for Airbnb hosts and comes with flexible options for landlords.

We’re reader-supported and may be paid when you visit links to partner sites. We don’t compare all products in the market, but we’re working on it!

Our Verdict

  • EBM is good for its flexibility. It comes with lots of cover options for landlords.
  • Unlike many insurers, EBM offers short-term rental options.
  • It cheaper to pay annually. A handful of insurers we looked at allow you to pay monthly at no extra cost.

Review by our insurance writer Gary Hunter

warningSome landlord insurance policies have temporarily removed benefits such as rent default and a few others because of the pandemic. Make sure to check this with the insurer before deciding on a policy.
