Our Verdict

  • EBM is good for its flexibility. It comes with lots of cover options for landlords.
  • Unlike many insurers, EBM offers short-term rental options.
  • It cheaper to pay annually. A handful of insurers we looked at allow you to pay monthly at no extra cost.
