I’ve been paying nbn broadband provider monthly over 5 years now but the account is under my son’s name. He has moved out and I want to change provider/plan due to speed issue. Seems like my son is always busy and couldn’t help me. Can I cancel his account myself and move on to a new plan?

Hi Lyn, I understand this can be a difficult situation. Unfortunately, only the account holder has the authority to cancel or make significant changes to an NBN account.
