Finder Rewards AGL Nov 2026 – Terms & Conditions

Finder is offering digital Visa gift cards to eligible customers who purchase participating NBN, mobile and/or energy products through the Finder Comparison Service ("Reward").

The AGL Energy promotion runs from 30 October 2026 to 30 November 2026. The promotion is available while visible on the Finder Comparison Service, unless withdrawn earlier ("Promotion Period").

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

• The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
• Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to services, products and plans through its website at www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
• Finder is a comparison service and does not supply, issue, or administer participating energy products. The relevant product provider is solely responsible for pricing, supply, billing, network performance, service delivery and the terms of the relevant product.
• The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) ("Blackhawk"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's Privacy Policy also apply to this promotion.
• If you decide to proceed with AGL Australia, you should review the provider's terms and conditions, pricing, fees, privacy policy and other applicable product information before making any decision.
• This promotion is only available through the Finder Comparison Service.

2. Eligible Rewards

Eligible customers can receive $100 for an eligible AGL Australia electricity plan, $50 for an eligible AGL Australia gas plan, or up to $150 when eligible for both electricity and gas.

3. Energy Eligibility

To qualify for the Energy Reward, you must:

• Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over.
• Be a registered Finder member or create a Finder account before commencing the rewards journey, and remain a member until the Reward is fulfilled.
• Complete an energy comparison using the Finder Comparison Service.
• Click on the unique promotion link and complete your application in the same session.
• Sign up to an eligible AGL Australia electricity and/or gas plan between 30 October 2026 and 30 November 2026.
• Have your eligible AGL Australia electricity and/or gas plan successfully connected by 31 December 2026.
• Be a new AGL Australia customer, or not have held an AGL Australia account for the same energy type within the previous 60 days.
• Keep your Finder account active and in good standing until reward fulfilment.
• Remain up to date with all required payments.

The Energy Reward is $100 for an eligible AGL Australia electricity plan and $50 for an eligible AGL Australia gas plan. Eligible customers who qualify for both can receive up to $150 in Energy Rewards.

4. Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

• You do not use the unique promotion link to complete your eligible sign-up.
• You complete the transaction outside the applicable Promotion Period.
• Your eligible AGL Australia electricity and/or gas plan is not successfully connected by 31 December 2026.
• Your account is cancelled, transferred, suspended, disconnected or otherwise ceases to meet the eligibility requirements before the applicable eligibility assessment.
• You are an existing or recent customer and do not satisfy the applicable new-customer requirements.
• You redeem another similar promotion or cashback offer where prohibited by the applicable offer.
• You engage in fraudulent, misleading, abusive or suspicious activity.

5. Fulfilment and Tracking

Your Reward will be made available to claim on or before 12 April 2027, subject to you satisfying all applicable eligibility conditions. The Reward will be made available through your Finder Rewards dashboard, and Finder will notify you by email when your Reward is available to claim.

To ensure your transaction is tracked:

• Click through from Finder via the unique promotion link.
• Complete your application within the applicable tracking session.
• Do not switch devices or browsers during the application process.
• Avoid using private browsing.
• Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers.
• Do not click through from another rewards or cashback website.

Reward tracking may rely on status updates provided by AGL Australia. Finder recommends keeping your eligible service active and your account in good standing until your Reward has been made available to claim.

6. Reward Delivery and Claim

Making the Reward Available

Once you have satisfied the applicable eligibility conditions, the Reward will be made available to claim through your Finder Rewards dashboard on or before 12 April 2027. Finder will notify you by email when the Reward is available to claim.

Claim Window

You must claim the Reward through your Finder Rewards dashboard within six (6) months of the date the Reward is made available. Finder will send at least one reminder during the Claim Window before the Reward is forfeited.

Discharge on Claim

When you claim the Reward through your Finder Rewards dashboard, Finder or Finder's designated supplier will transmit the Reward to your registered email address or mobile telephone number. Finder's obligations under this promotion are discharged in full upon such transmission.

Failure to Claim

If you do not claim the Reward within the six-month Claim Window, the Reward is forfeited and Finder is not obliged to make it available again or reissue it.

Third-Party Terms After Transmission

Activation, redemption, replacement and use of the Reward following transmission are governed by the terms of Finder's designated supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd, available at https://blackhawknetwork.com/au-en/terms-use.

7. General Conditions

• Eligibility is subject to verification.
• Finder reserves the right to verify customer details and eligibility.
• The Reward is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Finder may withhold a Reward if eligibility conditions are not satisfied.
• Finder may amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

8. Privacy

• Finder may collect and share personal information with participating product providers and fulfilment partners to administer this promotion.
• Personal information is handled in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.

9. Disclosures

• Finder does not recommend or endorse any particular energy provider or product.
• Customers should review all pricing, fees, contract terms and other applicable conditions before signing up.
• Finder may receive a commission if you sign up through the Finder Comparison Service.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other Finder promotions unless explicitly stated.
