Yes, I need a full instruction on how to operate online service you provide the setting as well of the setting of your service. Currently with OPTUS with contract finishing soon. A couple of weeks they change NBN device and High-speed modem suitable for all NBN types. Can I move from OPTUS to you?
Hi Luis, we are a comparison website not an internet provider. If you want to move on from Optus, I would recommend comparing plans best suited to your needs: https://www.finder.com.au/broadband-plans/nbn. Hope this helps!
Just for reliability who offer reliable connections. I get cut out almost once a day. It’s very frustrating. I can’t tolerate reasonable speed.
Hi De, it might be that you might need to get a faster speed plan, or there’s an issue with your modem. Double check with your provider and if it’s a problem at their end, you can compare internet providers that do well for reliability here – https://www.finder.com.au/broadband-plans/nbn/fastest-peak-hour-nbn-providers. Hope this helps!
What is the cheapest plan with phone?
Hi Peter. Southern Phone’s NBN Basic plan is a good option if you don’t need very fast internet speeds. It costs $55 for the first 12 months. ($45 for NBN + $10 for a home phone plan.)
After 12 months, the price increases to $59 a month, which is still one of the cheapest plans in our database.
You can easily add the home phone plan during the checkout process. Hope this helps!
Who are nbn providers who use Telstra in the area I am in?

Hi Howard,
You can use Finder’s NBN address checker to see a comprehensive list of providers for your home address.
The can easily refine the results in the table to only show NBN providers on the Telstra network. Hope this helps!
We are a family of four, two older parents (60+) and two young adults (30+). We all use the internet for entertainment, gaming, I have an online business and a website, research (my husband and I are both teachers: me at university level, my husband at high school level. We need a reliable fast residential service that will allow us all to be on the internet at the same time with no buffering or drop out
Hi Carole,
If you aren’t downloading very large files on the regular for your business, an NBN 100 plan will be sufficient for your needs. These plans have a maximum download speed of 100Mbps, which is fast enough for gaming, streaming and data-heavy online research across multiple devices.
Another thing to look out for is upload speeds which is important for things like video conferencing, website management and online gaming. Some NBN 100 plans have maximum upload speeds of 40Mbps while others struggle to reach 15Mbps.
You can check the typical upload speeds in the table above by clicking on each plan’s View Details section. Good luck!
