Telstra mobile prices are going up AGAIN – here’s how to pay less

Telstra is raising prices on its prepaid and postpaid mobile plans, as well as mobile broadband. Its sub-brands, Belong and Boost Mobile, will be following suit too.
The price changes will take place on 5 May 2026. Here's a look at how much more you'll have to pay.
Telstra price changes on postpaid plans
Most Telstra postpaid plans are going up by $4 a month.
This is the second price hike in less than 12 months. Last year in July, it bumped up prices on its Basic and Essential plans by $5 a month.

If you use up your data, your download speed will slow right down to 1.5Mbps.
Telstra hasn't shared pricing details just yet.
It will also launch a 10% seniors' discount on most of its postpaid plans from 1 July. You'll need an eligible concession card to get the discount.
Separately, Telstra's mobile broadband plans will increase by around $3 a month.
