Here are the landlord insurance products SGUA offers:

Landlord Protection

This can cover you for the building only, contents only, or both. You can get covered for insured events including fire, explosion or lightning, earthquake and tsunamis, theft and more. There is also an SGUA Landlord Value Plus option which includes cover for accidental damage and more.

Holiday Home

SGUA also offers insurance for your holiday home, ideal for those who rent out their holiday home throughout the year. This can cover you for events including fire, storms, water damage and more. You can also insure the contents of your holiday home.

Holiday Unit

This is contents insurance tailored to those whose holiday unit is already insured by an owners corporation or strata. This can include carpets, blinds, curtains, furniture, white goods and more. You'll be covered for water damage, glass breakage, fire, theft and more.

How to submit an SGUA landlord insurance claim

Before you submit your claim, make sure you've taken all reasonable steps to prevent further loss or damage. Contact the police as soon as possible if there has been a theft or attempted theft or damage was caused by an intentional act.
