It was top in the features and benefits, customer service and overall categories. 91% of the people surveyed said they would recommend Aussie Broadband, the most of any provider. Its Australia-based customer support is known to be responsive, and provides multiple ways to get in touch, including via phone, live chat and email. Its NBN plans have customisable data limits and upload speeds, plus it has plans aimed specifically at seniors and gamers.

Dodo frequently offers sign-up discounts to save you even more money on its NBN plans. It even allows you to select the type of discount you'd like to receive – either a big discount in the plan's first month or smaller, ongoing discounts for 6 months.

iiNet ranked in third place for NBN providers, with strong showings in the categories of speed, customer service and features and benefits. It has plenty of ways to get in touch if you need support.
