When a Finder Reward is ready, you claim it yourself from your Finder Rewards dashboard. Finder may send a few emails along the way, but emails can be delayed, filtered or missed, so the dashboard is your source of truth. If you think a reward is due, open your dashboard and claim anything marked ready. You have 6 months from the date a reward is made available to claim it, and once claimed, you have 3 months to redeem your reward code for a digital Visa gift card.
What are the steps to claim my reward?
Claiming takes a few taps once your reward is available:
- Open your Finder Rewards dashboard.
- Find the reward marked ready to claim.
- Follow the prompt to claim it.
- Once claimed, the reward is sent to your registered email, or delivered by another method stated in the offer terms.
You have 6 months from the date the reward is made available to claim it. After that, the reward offer lapses. Once claimed, you'll need to redeem your Finder Reward code with our gift card partner, and you'll be issued with a digital Visa card. What about the emails I get from Finder?
Finder usually sends a few emails across the journey, for example when a reward is confirmed and again when it's ready to claim, so read each one to see what step it's asking for. In practice, emails aren't always reliable. Emails can be delayed, filtered or missed, and occasionally you may not read the "ready to claim" email at all. You can login, open your dashboard and check the status of your rewards at any time. You can claim anything marked 'ready'.
